To improve access to health care for communities in rural areas, Sagar Cements organised medical camps in and around Jeerabad plant, extending services to nearby Khod Village. The initiative provided general health and eye check-ups, with participation from 36 individuals across the two villages. The camp aimed to address immediate health concerns to promote early detection and preventive care. Interventions like this contribute to strengthening rural health care awareness and building healthier communities through timely healthcare initiatives.
In Ghursal, Dhanora Badiya, and Jeerabad, near our Jeerabad plant, we organised 20 general and 2 eye health camps. A total of 541 individuals received consultations, medicines, and follow-up care. This effort improved healthcare access in remote areas with limited medical facilities.
In February 2026, Free Vision Screening camps were done at Gamalapadu, Srinagar & Ramapuram villages near our Dachepalli plant & Spectacles were also distributed by Ramalinga Reddy Max Vision Hospital, Narasaraopeta with 1,060 Beneficiaries.
