Building Responsible Partnerships through Supplier ESG Code of Conduct

In alignment with our sustainability commitment, we select suppliers who share our values. It enables us to nurture long term partnerships. We work with suppliers who maintain compliance to legal requirements, and care for people and society. Our supplier selection process gives preference to local suppliers based around our operations, MSMEs, rail over road logistics, and proximity to usage points. We also focus on developing alternative vendors to reduce the concentration of vendors at one location.

We have introduced a Supplier ESG Code of Conduct to strengthen responsible practices across our value chain. The framework sets expectations for suppliers to ensure environmental stewardship, abide by labour standards, health and safety parameters and governance practices Aligned with global principles including the UN Global Compact, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, ILO standards and BRSR requirements, the code encourages suppliers to adopt responsible operational practices and robust compliance systems. Initial implementation focuses on Tier-1 critical suppliers. ESG performance of suppliers are evaluated through questionnaires, audits and document reviews. This initiative strengthens supply chain resilience while ensuring adherence to broader sustainability commitments
